Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thrive Fit mobile app (thrivefitnow.app) and related services operated by Thrive Fit ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Thrive Fit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Thrive Fit provides guided workout programs and circuit sessions, nutrition tools (including meal logging, recipes, meal plans, and AI food-scan estimates), water tracking, progress history, streaks, and achievements. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You may sign up with email or continue with Apple or Google where available.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). See also Account deletion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Thrive Fit. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may need a parent or guardian’s permission.

Subscriptions & billing

Access to Thrive Fit’s premium experience requires an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, unless we expressly offer another access path.

  • Weekly — $7.99, billed weekly
  • 1 year — $39.99, billed annually
  • Yearly offer — $29.99, billed annually when offered

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings. Renewals are managed by Apple or Google; we do not store your card details. Prices may vary by region and store listing; the price shown in the store at purchase time controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Thrive Fit, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the service in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.

Health, exercise & nutrition disclaimer

Thrive Fit is a general wellness product, not medical care. Workout videos, programs, calorie and macro estimates (including food-scan results), meal plans, and water targets are informational only and are not medical, dietary, or professional advice. You participate in workouts and follow nutrition guidance at your own risk. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and consult a physician before beginning any exercise or diet program. AI & estimates

Food-scan and similar estimates are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Always verify important nutrition decisions with a qualified professional and reliable labels or sources.

Intellectual property

The Thrive Fit name, branding, app UI, workout media, and other content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes while you have a valid account and subscription (where required).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. You may stop using Thrive Fit and delete your account at any time. Store refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple or Google policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

Thrive Fit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Fit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (if any).

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
