Thrive Fit ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Thrive Fit mobile application (package / bundle ID thrivefitnow.app) and the website thrivefitnow.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account data. Email address, display name, and sign-in identifiers when you create an account with email/password or continue with Apple or Google.
  • Onboarding & profile. Sex, age, height, weight, goals, activity level, preferred diets, workout program and meal-plan selections, calorie/macro/water targets, and reminder preferences you provide while setting up your plan.
  • Wellness activity. Workout sessions and progress (including circuit completions and program days), water intake logs, meal diary entries, recipes logged, weight and BMI history, streaks, and achievement unlocks.
  • Food scanner. Photos or images you submit for AI nutrition estimates, plus the resulting calorie/macro estimates you choose to save. Estimates are informational only — not medical or dietary advice.
  • Notifications. Device push tokens if you enable workout, streak, or related reminders.
  • Subscriptions. Entitlement and purchase status from the App Store or Google Play (via our subscription provider). We do not store your payment card details.
  • Technical data. App version, device type/OS, and basic diagnostics needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

  • Provide and personalize workouts, meal plans, nutrition tools, water tracking, and progress.
  • Sync your active program, daily home plan, and achievements across sessions.
  • Process subscriptions, restore purchases, and show paywall access correctly.
  • Send optional reminders you enable (for example workout or streak reminders).
  • Respond to support requests and protect the security of the service.
  • Improve product quality (for example fixing bugs and understanding feature usage in aggregate).

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Thrive Fit (for example cloud hosting, authentication, push delivery, and subscription / receipt validation), and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Health & wellness disclaimer

Thrive Fit is a general wellness and fitness app, not a medical device. Content, calorie estimates, macros, and workout programs are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.

Data retention & deletion

We retain account and activity data while your account is active so we can provide the service. You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account, or see thrivefitnow.app/delete-account for instructions. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize associated personal data subject to limited retention needed for legal, security, or billing records.

Children

Thrive Fit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your choices

  • Update profile and targets in the app.
  • Disable push notifications in system settings.
  • Cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
  • Delete your account as described above.

International users

We may process information on servers located outside your country of residence. By using Thrive Fit you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations with appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Thrive Fit after an update means you accept the revised policy.
